Organic Freeze Dried Acai Powder

We have premium organic freeze dried acai
powder incoming to our Hamburg warehouse. Sourced from the wild rainforests in south America, this nutrient-dense berry is maybe the most renowned and traditional superfood on the market. The berries are carefully hand-picked and freeze-dried to ensure all nutrients are captured and kept in their pure state.
They are then pulverised to a textured powder with a dark purple colour with a taste that is slightly bitter and yet fruity, similar to a berry blend. Wild harvested and organically certified in accordance with EU requlations.

Organic Quinoa Harvest is Happening

In South America, the new harvest for organic quinoa is from mid April till mid June. Recent reports indicate a satisfactory harvest thanks to normal weather conditions and plentiful sowing. Around 90% of the annual volume is harvested during this period. While this year’s production is expected to increase by 10–15% compared to last year, it is still unlikely to meet current demand—especially for organic quinoa—so prices are expected to remain steady.

In Bolivia, the supply of organic quinoa remains tight, as political instability and inflation continue to complicate sourcing. Our focus is on Bolivian quinoa, often referred to as Quinua Real or Royal Quinoa, known for its larger, rounder seeds, fluffier texture when cooked, and nuttier taste—qualities developed through cultivation in the harsh, high-altitude environment of the Bolivian Altiplano.

Organic Ginger Prices on the Rise!

The recent ginger harvest in Nigeria faced a widespread fungal infection, referred to as ginger blight, impacting a high number of ginger farms in key producing regions. As a result, prices have surged. With Peru directing most of its ginger exports to the U.S, global supply is tightening. Despite these challenges, we have secured organic ginger from multiple origins, and have premium organic ginger powder incoming.

Organic Cacao Butter

Our premium organic cacao butter is sourced from our longtime producer in Peru and has a firm, buttery, smooth surface with a chocolaty aroma. The cacao beans are harvested from the pods, then cleaned, fermented, and roasted. Next the beans are stripped of their shells and crushed into nibs which are then milled into cacao paste/liquor. Next, the paste is pressed to separate the fatty white butter from the drier cacao powder. Lastly the liquid butter is shaped into blocks, or wafers.
